The apartment has solar panels, & for the majority of the year, there is no need to use the immersion heater.
The sunset from the patio is magnificent & a glass of Cyprus wine makes a perfect accompaniment. During certain times of the year; fireworks light up the night sky to enhance your evening enjoyment.

Lounge & Dining areas consist of a white leather 3 piece suite with 6 red cozy cushions, a 32 inch flat screened TV with UK TV & internet connection, TV stand, a DVD cum CD player, a radio, 2 small coffee tables, one large coffee table with hidden storage compartments, a drinks cabinet for glasses, many of which are in-situ, a tempered glass top dining table & 4 faux leather chairs, a standard lamp, a table lamp, elegant ornaments & wall art. There is a large selection of DVD's & CD's in the apartment to suit all tastes. The lounge/dining areas also have air-conditioning, a ceiling fan with light, ceiling spot lights, & a thermostatically controlled wall mounted heater. In addition to the filigree curtains on the patio door windows, there is also a pull down blind.
The very large bedroom has a king size bed with a large book unit headboard with over 80 books included, a dressing table with a wall mounted mirror, a 6 draw tall boy, a small chest of drawers, 2 easy chairs & 3 double fitted wardrobes with 3 double fitted cupboards above. The bedroom has air-conditioning, a ceiling fan with lighting, thermostatically controlled heating, a hairdryer, curling tongs, straighteners, a make-up mirror, an alarm clock & elegant ornaments. In addition to the filigree curtains, it has a black-out blind so you can enjoy a lie-in. There are 2 umbrellas/parasols, 2 pairs of binoculars, & ample bedding including pillows, continental quilts & an electric blanket.
The lounge/dining & bedroom have matching elegant Persian rugs bought in Abu Dhabi; for that extra touch of comfort & luxury.
The well equipped kitchen consists of an electric cooker, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee peculator, a sandwich maker, a toaster, a kettle & a large selection of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils & much more.
Bathroom consists of a white suite with a shower over bath, toilet, sink with under unit, wall mirror, shelving, shower curtain, linen basket, waste bin, small stool & matching bath & hand towels.
There is also a beautiful 5 ft artificial green Christmas tree & many tree & Christmas decorations in the apartment.
Safety is catered for as a smoke alarm & 2 fire extinguishers are also in the apartment.
The complex has a very pretty secluded & gated pool area with bathrooms & showers; surrounded by lovely flora & fauna.
There is a wonderful Complex Maintenance Service, which covers the costs of community electricity (all lights in the complex), water (pool bathrooms & showers, & the swimming pool), weekly cleaning & gardening in the communal areas & twice weekly pool maintenance, together with the upkeep of the complex.
The cost per property is based on each property's square meterage & for this beautiful apartment the annual cost is Euros 365.44, which is just about Euros 1.00 per day. The Maintenance Service fees are invoiced quarterly.
In addition to the Complex Maintenance Service fees, there are annual rates paid to the Tala Council. Everyone in Tala pays the same rates, which is wonderful, & the amount is Euros 210.00 per year. There is also an annual Tala Property Tax of Euros 1.71. Rates & Property Tax are paid in December.
When the property is not occupied, there is a standard electricity charge of Euros 7.74 every 2 months & a standard water charge of Euros 7.35 every 3 months. This makes the total bills when the property is not occupied for 12 months, approximately Euros 652.99.
Two excellent restaurants are within a 3 & 5 minute walk of the apartment & there are many more eateries in our unique Tala Village Square a 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away.
A small supermarket, which has the only underground Cava (wine cellar) in Cyprus; caters for most things including English newspapers, is just a minutes walk from the apartment, & an English Deli, Bank, Chemist, Hairdressers cum Beauty Parlour & Church are between a 3 & 5 minute walk from the apartment.
